Webinars are presented on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please check the links for presentation times and subject matter. Webinars are free of charge.
In Person Training Workshops are two days in length and are taught in person by DoorKing technical personnel at various locations throughout the country. Prior registration is required for these work shops - no walk-ins are allowed. Please check the links for upcoming locations. There is a $40.00 fee for these two-day workshops. COVID protocols will be in affect per State and Venue (hotel) requirments.
If you have COVID-19 symptons, or if you have tested positive for COVID-19 but have no symptoms, do not attend the seminar unless:
- At least 10 days have passed since your symptons began, and
- Your fever has been gone for 24 hours without the aid of medication, and
- Your symptons have improved
If you have had close contact with someone who has COVID-19, you may attend if:
- You are fully vaccinated, or recovered from COVID-19 in the last 90 days, and
- You do not have symptoms

In-Person Training Workshops
Two-Day Hands-On Workshops
These workshops provide training to install, operate and maintain DoorKing access control and vehicular gate operating products. All of our training workshops include updates on UL 325, ASTM F2200 and UL 294 standards as they apply to DoorKing products so that installers and system designers are up to date on current industry safety standards and requirements. Two day training workshops begin promptly at 7:30 AM and continue to approximately 4:00 PM each day (unless otherwise), so be prepared for two full days of training. Workshop class size is limited to 60 persons and they do fill quickly, so register at your earliest convenience. Prior registration is required - walk-ins are not allowed. Registration fee is $40.00 per person, which includes breakfast and lunch each day. Click on the date to register.

Busted Knuckles training workshops
offer an advanced hands-on experience for those who want more in depth training on DoorKing gate operators or software programs and cloud applications. These are hands-on, so be prepared to get dirty! Click a Busted Knucjkles link for more information. Busted Knuckles are one (1) day advanced training workshops for persons who want a more in depth study of DoorKing gate operators or software programs and cloud applications. Training begins at 7:30 AM and continues to approximately 4:00 PM. Class size is limited to 25 persons max, so register early (click on the Busted Knuckles program to register). Registration fee for Busted Knuckles training is $25.00 per person and includes breakfast and lunch.

Continuing Education
DoorKing live training workshops and webinars* are recognized by the ACI and IDEA and allow you to earn continuing education hours to maintain your ACI and IDEA certifications. Continuing Education (CE) hours awarded are dependent on the training program you attend and the length of that program.
* You must be present for the entire webinar to earn CE hours. Attendance and polling questions are used to insure your presence throughout the webinar.

Certifications for Automated Vehicular Gate Industry Professionals
Two independant agencies provide certifcation credentials for persons in the automated vehicular gate systems industry. The Accreditation and Certification Institute (ACI) offers Gate Automation Designer and Gate Automation Technician certifications. The Institute for Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA) offers Automated Gate Systems Designer, Automated Gate Operator Installer and Automated Gate System Technician Level 1 certifications.
