These actuators feature built in limit switches that precisely control the start / stop speed, and travel of your gate.   The microprocessor based electronic control board provides many advanced features typically not found in operators in this class, and is available in a standard and deluxe housing.   The deluxe housing provides three 120 VAC convenience outlets to power additional auxiliary device transformers (for telephone entry systems, for example).   Both come standard with built-in battery back-up installed.
