Technical Support Technician
Responsibilities:
- Provide telephonic technical support dealing with the functionality of DoorKing products
- Trouble-shoot DoorKing equipment problems with dealers and end-users.
- Assist with job layouts, planning, equipment placement, wiring and wire runs.
- Prepare/write up return merchandise authorizations for printed circuit board; repairs and advance replacements. This does not apply for warrantee returns.
- Writing up orders in the process of answering calls.
- Provide technical support on DoorKing product to other departments.
- Research problems that are being reported in the field to help find a solution.
- Will Call Department: assist walk in customers who questions or issues.
- Test printed circuit boards (PCB’s)for customers.
- Answer telephone calls dealing with the functionality of our products to the best of your abilities.
Work Experience Requirements:
- General knowledge of electricity and electronics.
- Basic knowledge of computers, including; Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP…etc.
- Basic troubleshooting skills of computer hardware including; modems, comports and printers.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency and well organized
- Good interpersonal skills and abilities interact effectively with individuals and work well with teams
- Bilingual a plus

Industrial Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop assembly procedures, methodology and standards.
- Design tools and fixtures
- Troubleshoot quality problems
- Analyze and/or recommend product design changes
Work Experience Requirements:
- Master of Science or foreign equivalent
- Industrial Engineering or related field
- Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Computer literate
Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop quality control methods required to maintain the quality and/or reliability levels to meet specification for the product: statistical methods, tooling, inspection methods, testing facilities analysis and program planning.
- Preparation of quality procedures and work instructions (WIN’S) as required to implement quality control programs.
- Develop inspection methods, techniques, equipment, forms, systems, records, reports and procedures as they affect control of quality and reliability, recommend and/or revisions.
- Write and review corrective actions.
- Follow-up on corrective action implementation
Requirements:
- Should have a BS degree in Quality or Engineering
- 5+ years recent experience in Quality Engineering
- Knowledge of mechanical and electronic components; fabrication and operation desirable
- Good writing skills and verbal skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of ISO 9000 requirements

Programmer / Analysis (Web)
Essential Functions
This position is responsible for developing and delivering interactive web sites across the DoorKing Internet properties. The focus is on the rapid application development and the Implementation of new code and maintenance of existing applications. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Major Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and deploy applications, web pages, graphics, and interactive materials created in-house and by outside vendors.
- Must be self-directed and able to manage multiple projects.
- Work with Senior Management team to help shape product vision.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
Experience and Background:
- Basic computer skills: IBM PC
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency and well organized.
- Good interpersonal skills and abilities interact effectively with individuals and work well with teams.
- Set technical direction and architecture for new applications.
- Recent experience with Java, SQL, C++, XML, Macromedia Dreamweaver Version 8.0.2 and Net Object Fusion Version 4.0_G.05.
- A bonus would be experience with shopping carts and transactions, email systems, Lotus Notes and Domino and IBM WebSphere.
